Read What Our Clients Say

  • ""I am so grateful to Dr. Harris and her wonderful staff! After going to my former vet and going to Dr. Harris for a second opinion (recommendation from Walter's breeder) she did labs and made the preliminary diagnosis of Addison's disease. Dr. Harris saved Walter from going into a major crisis and dying. If it weren't for her we may have lost him. She is so caring you can tell she genuinely loves animals and their fur parents. I am so impressed at her level of knowledge Addison's is so often missed due to the symptoms mimicking other diseases. Dr. Harris nailed it!! I highly recommend them to anyone including Addison's dogs!! I am happy to report Walter is doing great on his medications and back to his normal sassy self. Thank you for helping Walter and his momma! God bless!!""
  • ""I had been searching for a vet for my pitbull Lola for what seemed like forever. I went by recommendation to Dr. Harris, and I was not disappointed! She and the vet techs were amazing. They got down on the floor with Lola and built a relationship before the exam. They even asked my permission before giving her treats. When I was checking out, she was scratching the door trying to get back INTO the exam room! Her old vet had her rushing out the door. Not to mention, her visit was extremely affordable! She had an exam, a nail clipping, and two meds prescribed and it was $60. Another upside, I'm a crazy dog mom that calls or messages on Facebook about anything and everything, and they are always kind and give me prompt feedback without pushing for an appointment if it's not necessary. I will never take my baby anywhere else! I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you, Heal Pet Care!""
  • ""From the moment you walk in they greet your pet as if it were their own. That attitude does not change right up through the time you walk out the door. If you have a question, it gets answered, if there is an issue, it gets resolved; all while your pets are being so well treated they don't feel like they are at "The Vet". I wish more businesses in general would put as much heart into what they do that's what this place does!""
  • ""Heal has an excellent team of individuals personally driven to help pets and their owners meet (and exceed) expectations. I’ve taken Carly to two other Vets before finally meeting a kind and knowledgeable doctor like Dr. Harris who has my dog running, playing, and losing weight when she could hardly walk. The staff feels like family and I’m glad to have earned their friendship after establishing grounds of trust for all of our four-legged critters.""
  • ""When we took our dogs down for bathing,( they had never been bathed out before) I told them that our one dog would have to be muzzled, as she likes to snap. They were also being expressed and nails cut. When we picked them up, we were told that Lady did great, and she did not have to be muzzled at all! I could hardly believe it, as she was not great with our regular vet. We are very pleased with Dr. Harris, and her staff, and we asked them if we could bring our dogs there in the future. We HIGHLY recommend them! Plus, Dr. Harris offers a Senior discount, which is great.""
  • ""Very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable staff! They provide a very calm environment and get down to your dog's level. The staff takes their time with your animals and Dr. Harris always takes time to explain different treatment options. I have always been very satisfied with the care my dogs and rabbits have received here.""
  • ""Dr. Harris is always great with my reptiles, and the atmosphere at the clinic is always welcoming and friendly. They genuinely care about you and your animals, and I can't recommend them enough!""
    Yu Ra
  • ""The staff has went above and beyond to help our Daisy!""
  • ""We followed Dr. Katy when she opened her own business. It's only a 30 minute drive from Bloomington to Bloomfield and you won't be disappointed! She's fantastic!""
  • ""Awesome! My cat is better and he loved the attention he got from the staff. You are all awesome! I'm happy and so is he.""
